At Eridge Park Estate, these distinctive pigs are raised in a true sanctuary, roaming across acres of woodland where they naturally forage for acorns, roots, mushrooms, and berries. With just five pigs per acre, they enjoy a low-density, social lifestyle that mirrors their natural behaviour.

Honey from a small apiary set within private woodland beside the Broadwater Warren Nature Reserve, between Groombridge and Tunbridge Wells. The bees gather nectar from a diverse range of woodland and heathland blossoms, including hawthorn, blackberry, sweet chestnut, and heather.

The flavour and texture of the honey naturally change with the seasons, reflecting the flowers in bloom at the time. It is raw and unprocessed before being jarred, preserving its natural character.

Chiddingstone Dairy is the passion project by local farmers Paul Vicary and Alistair Laing, who together bring over 40 years of dairy farming experience. Based in Edenbridge, Kent, their free-range cows spend as much of the year as possible grazing in open fields.

Pure raw honey produced by Kent-based beekeeper Quinton Wood, a dedicated hobbyist and passionate enthusiast. His main apiary is nestled within a cherry and apple orchard in the Kent countryside.

Surrounded by blossoming fruit trees, the bees forage on a rich variety of seasonal nectar, contributing to a naturally distinctive flavour. The honey is left raw and unprocessed.

Goodtrees Farm

Goodtrees Farm raises native breed beef cattle, sheep, pigs, and goats, all sustainably reared in the High Weald. In 2022, they invested in a purpose-built on-site butchery, enabling them to prepare their own meat to the highest standards using traditional methods.

Now officially organic, Goodtrees Farm is certified by the Soil Association to butcher, pack, and label organic meat, responding to the growing demand for high-quality organic produce.

Hugh Lowe Farms

A fifth-generation, family-run farm with over 125 years of experience in growing exceptional strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Their crops thrive both in open fields and carefully managed glasshouses.

The farm captures natural sunlight and rainfall to sustainably nurture and irrigate their plants. They actively support biodiversity by encouraging wild bees and other pollinators, while also fostering beneficial insects that naturally protect crops from pests.

They proudly supply strawberries to The Wimbledon Championships.

Kingcott Dairy Farm

Award-winning farmhouse cheesemakers, based in Staplehurst, Tonbridge. They proudly managing every stage of production, from milking their cows to crafting their blue cheese. Working with raw milk from their grass-fed, free-range cows, they produce cheese full of character and depth of flavour.

Every step of the process is carried out by hand, from gently stirring the curds to forming the characteristic veins and openings that define a traditional blue cheese.

Loaf Story

Helene is a local baker and founder of Loaf Story, an artisan microbakery based in Tonbridge. Specialising in handmade sourdough loaves, focaccias, and a selection of traditional French pastries, her baking is inspired by the flavours and techniques of her French childhood.

Wanting to pass on these traditions to her own daughter, Helene began baking at home. What started as a personal project soon grew into a true passion, and in February 2025, Helene took the leap, leaving her corporate career behind to pursue her dream full-time and officially launch Loaf Story as a thriving microbakery.

Winterdale Dairy Farm

Winterdale Dairy is a family-run farm in Kent, proud to produce the UK’s first carbon-neutral cheese, both in production and delivery. With farming roots dating back generations, the dairy sits on the North Downs overlooking the village of Wrotham.

Using milk from their herd of around 100 Friesian Holstein cows, taken fresh and warm straight from the milking parlour, they preserve the natural character of the milk to create distinctive, high-quality cheese.
